I have purchased White Cloud Electronic Cigarettes, and in my opinion they are the best of the best. I have never had any problem. If your having a problem with returns, I recommend you contacting 866-492-6310 and customer service email customerservice@whitecloudcigs.com This is the information I was given if I had any warranty questions or claims. I actually received a new battery from them under the warranty. You should try it again and see what happens. I wish you luck!

We purchased 2 sets of these about 15 or 16 months ago. They worked just fine until they “revamped” the filters. We were told that they’d be replaced at no charge if done so within a year from purchase date. I tried taking them to where they were purchased and was then told that I had to call a number and speak with them about replacing the batteries.
At this time I still had about 3 weeks left until the year was up. I called the number over and over and got either no answer at all or I left a message (several times) and never received a return call. So, now I have 2 batteries that are not useable at all. The other set was replaced but that was way earlier due to problems with them. Those were said to be the 2nd type that were produced. They do seem to be working fine though.
This wouldn’t be a huge problem, but there are 2 of us trying to get along with only 1 battery. It’s not working well at all. In fact, we’ve both since returned to smoking as it’s just such a pain to try to use the ecig now due to having to share the 2 working batteries….

I love White Cloud! Wonderful batteries that last a long time, vapor that produces a hugh mushroom cloud and the menthol taste is the best! There customer service is also outstanding, 2 year warranty and I can go right to the kiosks to get my cartridges or take care of other stuff! Thank you White Cloud for being the best. People say they are pricey, but you get what you pay for, don’t buy cheap because you won’t be happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have this product and it has helped me quit smoking. However, I would not recommend White Cloud to a friend. E-cigs have come a long way in the past year and at this time there are many reputable brands out there for far less money and better service. As for the comments above, there is no- no hassle warranty at the kiosk. I had a dead battery after a month. Falling well under there 6 month warranty. I was advised that I had to buy the additional warranty in order to exchange it at the mall. I bought a KR808D battery online for $16. Imagine my dismay when it came in the mail and it was the exact replica of my $89 White Cloud battery. I’ve also had many cartridges leak fluid into my mouth. Let me tell you, it’s bad! My advice to you all would be to do your research, look at the e cigarette forums online, and buyer beware.
